How to convert WebP to ICO
- Choose a WebP file and wait for its preview to appear.

- Download the ICO file and check its appearance in the app or website where you plan to use it.
Turn WebP artwork into an ICO file for a favicon or desktop icon. Existing transparency can be retained; animation is not included. Each icon frame fits the decoded still image into a square without stretching it.

WebP can contain transparency and animation. This tool processes the still image decoded by your browser and does not preserve animated frames.
Your ICO result
ICO output contains 16, 32, 48 and 256 px PNG frames. Each frame keeps the source proportions with transparent padding; larger source images are resized and small inputs may be upscaled.
Original metadata is removed. Keep your original file if you need camera details, color profiles or an archival copy. Conversion does not guarantee a smaller download.
