Your files stay yours.
Minutil processes your selected files and entered text directly in your browser. The tools in this release do not upload your inputs to a processing server.
What stays on your device
Images, PDFs, videos, text, passwords and Wi-Fi credentials are used only to produce the result you request. Tool handoffs keep their inputs in the current browser session’s memory. Reloading or closing the page clears that workflow state.
What is downloaded
OCR downloads its text-recognition engine and your selected Thai or English language models from Minutil. Recognition runs on your device. The language models may be cached locally for faster reuse; your images, PDF pages and recognized text are not saved in that cache or uploaded.
Your browser downloads the website and, when needed, the processing engines. Finished files are downloaded only when you choose to save them. Those files remain wherever you save them on your device.
Hosting and network requests
Like other websites, loading Minutil sends ordinary HTTP requests to its hosting provider, which may receive network information such as your IP address and browser details. This is separate from the contents of files you choose in a tool.
Advertising
AdSense advertising is not currently enabled. Advertisement spaces are hidden, and the site does not request ads or set advertising cookies.
When advertising is enabled, Google may personalize ads based on visits to this and other websites. Where required, a consent message lets you accept, decline or manage advertising choices. You can revisit those choices through the privacy options provided by that message. The usage analytics setting below controls PostHog only, not advertising.
Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at Google’s partner sites policy and manage personalized advertising in My Ad Center. Minutil does not send your selected files, entered text or generated results as advertising parameters.
Usage analytics
When enabled, Minutil uses PostHog to measure which tools are opened, used successfully, cancelled, downloaded, copied, or continued into another tool. Events include the tool name, time, processing duration when available, and a general error category when a task fails.
We do not include your files, filenames, entered text, passwords, Wi-Fi credentials, generated results, full page URLs, or raw error messages in these events. Automatic interaction recording and session replay are disabled.
PostHog stores a random identifier in your browser’s local storage to estimate repeat usage. It is not linked to a Minutil account. Clearing site data resets it. PostHog receives network information when events are sent, including your IP address; IP-based location enrichment is disabled. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. You can also disable usage analytics below.
Contact messages
When you submit the contact form, the details you enter are sent through Cloudflare to our email inbox so we can respond. This includes your email address, optional name, selected topic and tool, subject, and message. Tool files are not attached. Cloudflare Turnstile and request limits protect the form from spam using security and network information, including your IP address. The form does not save your message in browser storage or include it in analytics events.
Using shared computers
Close the page when you finish. Delete downloaded sensitive files if other people use the same device, and keep your own backups of anything you need later.
